About Us

 

Fred and Sherry Alongi acquired ownership of Twin Creeks Ranch in October of 2004 and immediately began to implement their vision for the property, which was and still is, to raise, protect, and nurture (from birth to finishing) a healthy herd of 100 percent pastured cattle using low stress handling, while concurrently implementing ecologically sound land stewardship.

 

In accordance with that vision we have restored pastures, completely replaced or newly installed several miles of perimeter and cross fences, developed and protected wildlife areas, and renovated the outbuildings, corral area, and water facilities. Their eldest daughter, Angelina, lives in Texas, has a BA in biology and is in charge of herd health and nutrition, in addition to developing a market for the finished beef.

 

We are excited and honored to be here, pleased with our progress, and are looking forward to bringing local, healthy, high quality beef raised with integrity and environmental stewardship to the market place through our production and marketing company Alongi Enterprises LLC .
